These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FM Lanka – Sri Lanka Radio mobile application (“App”), operated by FM Lanka (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About the Service
FM Lanka is a mobile application that provides access to Sri Lankan radio stations and related audio content. Some features of the App are offered through paid subscriptions.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
2.1 Subscription Plans
FM Lanka offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Subscription pricing and duration are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
2.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:
Apple ID → Subscriptions in your iOS device settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled case-by-case and are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.

4. User Accounts
The App does not require user account registration. Access and subscriptions are linked to your Apple ID.
5. User-Generated Content
If the App allows you to submit content (such as messages, feedback, or comments):
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, illegal, or harmful.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
We may collect and process the following:
Usage analytics and behaviour
Device and technical information
User-generated content
Data may be retained indefinitely unless otherwise required by law and may be shared with trusted service providers for analytics, hosting, and app functionality.

7. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including:
Apple App Store & payment services
Analytics and streaming providers
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App
Interfere with the App’s performance or security
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
The FM Lanka application, including its software, design, user interface, original text, graphics (excluding third-party content), and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to FM Lanka and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
FM Lanka displays the names, logos, trademarks, and streaming content of third-party radio stations solely for the purpose of identifying and facilitating access to their publicly available audio streams.
All third-party station names, logos, trademarks, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. The inclusion of such content within the App does not imply any ownership, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between FM Lanka and the respective radio stations unless explicitly stated.
FM Lanka does not claim ownership over any third-party radio station content and does not modify, store, or redistribute copyrighted broadcasts beyond facilitating real-time streaming access as provided by the respective stations.
If you are a rights holder and believe that your intellectual property is being used improperly within the App, please contact us at support@codablex.com, and we will promptly review and address the request.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”
FM Lanka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the country of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on the App Store listing. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
